|1 ts||ground nutmeg|
- Peel, core, and slice apples into thin slices. Divide evenly between four microwave-safe bowls.
- Divide remaining ingredients between bowls. Dot apples with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon sugar.
- Microwave on HIGH setting for 5-10 minutes, or until apples are tender but not mushy.
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, or serve with sliced French bread and cheddar cheese.
