Greek yogurt chicken


1/2 C Greek yogurt
1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 C lemon juice
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tb kosher salt
1 ts pepper
5-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts


  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate in refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
  2. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes per side, or until done.
  3. Slice thinly and serve with warmed pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and feta cheese or tzatziki.
