Ingredients
1/2 C | Greek yogurt |
1/4 C | fresh parsley, chopped |
1/4 C | lemon juice |
3-4 cloves | garlic, minced |
1 Tb | kosher salt |
1 ts | pepper |
5-6 | skinless boneless chicken breasts |
Method
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate in refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
- Bake at 450F for 15 minutes per side, or until done.
- Slice thinly and serve with warmed pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and feta cheese or tzatziki.
