|1/2 C||Greek yogurt|
|1/4 C||fresh parsley, chopped|
|1/4 C||lemon juice|
|3-4 cloves||garlic, minced|
|1 Tb||kosher salt|
|5-6||skinless boneless chicken breasts|
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate in refrigerator for up to 1 hour.
- Bake at 450F for 15 minutes per side, or until done.
- Slice thinly and serve with warmed pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and feta cheese or tzatziki.
